Healthy Twist on a Classic Blueberry Lemonade Recipe
My Blueberry Lemonade recipe is a great way to enjoy blueberries and is one of several healthy berry recipes I want to share with you!
Berries are naturally low in sugar and packed with fiber, vitamins, and minerals and are one of the most antioxidant-rich foods around.
Here’s a great blueberry lemonade recipe with a perfect sweetness, with very little sugar. (You can even make it without adding any sugar at all!)
I like using Monk Fruit or Stevia instead of sugar. But you have to be careful when purchasing, as some brands contain more erythritol (which can often cause digestive upset) than monk fruit or stevia! These are the brands of monk fruit and stevia I like to use. They are in my Fullscript dispensary of professional grade supplements (but you can also search for teas, sweeteners, and even personal care products too!).
