No Sugar Added Raspberry Vodka Soda
Today I am sharing this delicious Raspberry Vodka Soda that will be a great addition to a meal at the end of a long hot summer day!
Berries are naturally low in sugar and packed with fiber, vitamins, and minerals and are one of the most antioxidant-rich foods around.
Raspberry Vodka Soda
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ ounces vodka
- ½ cup raspberries (thaw first if frozen)
- Mint leaves
- Ice
- 12 ounces sparkling mineral water
Instructions:
- Combine vodka, raspberries, mint leaves and ice in a mason jar.
- Cover and shake.
- Top with sparkling mineral water
