Today I am sharing this delicious Raspberry Vodka Soda that will be a great addition to a meal at the end of a long hot summer day!

Berries are naturally low in sugar and packed with fiber, vitamins, and minerals and are one of the most antioxidant-rich foods around.

Raspberry Vodka Soda


  • 1 ½ ounces vodka
  • ½ cup raspberries (thaw first if frozen)
  • Mint leaves
  • Ice
  • 12 ounces sparkling mineral water


  • Combine vodka, raspberries, mint leaves and ice in a mason jar.
  • Cover and shake.
  • Top with sparkling mineral water
